Houston Rodeo

The Houston Rodeo comes for 3 weeks a year and is literally down the street from our apartment.  So far we have ventured over to the carnival and livestock show twice, and we will make it over a third time this weekend when my family comes to town!  We are excited to show them our favorite foods, and we got tickets to see the actual rodeo as well!

Mom's 50th!

My mom turned 50 this year!  

And to celebrate she and my dad flew to Houston, and Lindsay and Chris drove here from Dallas to visit.

It was such a great weekend!
