Fourth of July

Because we have a babe with us this year, we decided to get all of our July 4th action in during the day.  

We knew Carson would be a wreck if he tried to stay up until 10:00 to watch fireworks.

So, we headed over to Langford Park for lunch.

The park was the finish of a parade and had lots of 4th festivities going on.

We absolutely loved the location of this park. 

We had to park quite a ways away and loved walking through the neighborhood and looking at the houses.

We then pigged out on junky holiday food at the park.

 Enjoyed some swinging.

 

And later that day, we headed over to Lake Josephine.  We were surprised how warm the water was and can't wait to head back to the lakes soon!
